He has over 11 years of experience in the business, both mixing and composing, and his work can be heard on virtually every network and in movie theatres nationwide. His mixes have garnered many awards and his credits read like an encyclopedia of multimedia. Brian is a member of the Cinema Audio Society.

    Erik Blicker began studying guitar at the age of 11 and began teaching music at age 16. He opened a teaching studio and music store at age 18. After receiving his bachelor’s in music from the University of Miami he would go on to earn his Master’s Degree from Aaron Copeland School of Music at Queens College studying with Jazz great Jimmy Heath. Blicker began scoring for small film and TV projects and playing in New York City bands, which paved the way for larger scale projects. He founded G&E Music in 1997 with his musical collaborator Glenn Schloss and began a run of TV series scoring projects which included, VH1’s Top 100 shows, Extreme History with Roger Daltry, and ESPN’s Sports Center. These projects would lead to films scores by Blicker and Schloss such as “The Nine Lives of Marion Barry” for HBO. Currently, with over 75 projects to his name, Blicker has firmly established himself as a strong voice in the world of TV and film scoring. Founding Flavorlab with partners Brian Quill and Glenn Schloss in 2004 has lead to a number of complete audio packages for TV, Film and the internet. He is also a Protools master, audio mixing fanatic, and Macintosh guru. He takes most pride in his family and is grateful for and inspired by his parents Fred and Jeanne, his wife Jennifer, son Ryan and daughter Ella.

    A Flavorlab co-founder, Glenn Schloss leads and oversees business development and client management for the company.  As part of this work, Glenn creates and manages partnerships with broadcast networks, editing and post production facilities as well as a diverse spectrum of audio and video specialists.   Glenn has a strong record of building trusted, mutually beneficial relationships that enable Flavorlab to deliver impactful and inspiring mix and sound design services to our clients.

    Glenn is also a Co Founder of Flavorlab Score, the original music and sonic branding division of Flavorlab.  A performer, producer, drummer, keyboard player, remixer, Glenn developed his musical skills in New York, where he grew up consumed by a diverse collection of latin jazz, new wave, disco and rock music.  Glenn’s intense passion for music and teaching inspired For Vibration, a modern day drum circle that is connecting people through the power of rhythm. He currently performs a monthly residency at Casa Del Sol up in Nyack and facilitates drum circles around the Tri-State area.  Outside of work, Glenn’s other passion in life is spending time with his awesome family, Elena, Trey Bonham, Billie Coltrane, and Levi Buckley.

    Joining the Flavorlab team in January 2011 as an engineering assistant, Bumi has since risen through the company to become a mixing engineer and is a valuable can do kind of guy. Bumi has received mixing and sound design credits covering a wide variety of work, ranging from full feature films, shorts, and pilots, to promos, and commercials

    Whenever possible, Bumi listens to the compelling sounds of soul, funk and hip-hop but is always on the prowl to discover new music. He also plays the piano, guitar, and dabbles at the cello.

    Dennis hails from Detroit, Michigan where he developed an early interest in music, learning many different instruments spanning from guitar to accordion. He went on to study Sound Design for Film and Video at Grand Valley State University where he built a reputation composing musical scores across many different genres. He has also spent time constructing his own experimental instruments and is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Music Technology at NYU. Outside of the studio Dennis enjoys spending time outdoors and always looks forward to his next camping trip in northern Michigan. He is also an avid tennis player and loves to eat, which he hopes will one day land him a side gig as a professional food critic.

    Eric grew up in Cheshire, CT, coming from a large family of musicians and filmmakers. Having learned to make videos and play music from an early age, it was inevitable that he’d one day combine his passion for both. He studied Music & Technology and Computer Science at Connecticut College, where he learned to compose music and play jazz piano. He recently received his master’s degree in Music Technology from NYU, where he discovered and fell in love with all aspects of audio post.

    Outside of Flavorlab, Eric likes to catch up on the latest movies and shows, play piano and guitar, and write tunes whenever he can. An amateur accordion player since high school, he hopes to start a polka band with Dennis.

    Ricky was born and raised in South Florida. He began playing the saxophone at the age of twelve and later learned the clarinet and flute, enabling him to perform as a reed player in a variety of professional ensembles and productions. In high school, he played in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as well as traveled to China to study at a music conservatory. He went on to major in Music Business at Loyola University New Orleans, where his passion for music marketing and business development began.

    While completing his undergraduate studies, Ricky interned for an independent music supervision company in Los Angeles, California, where he acted as Music Assistant and Coordinator on a variety of projects (including numerous Tyler Perry films and smaller independent dance films/documentaries). He also held the position of Warner Music Group’s College Marketing Representative for the New Orleans market, promoting WMG artists to the college demographic. After graduating Summa Cum Laude in December of 2017, Ricky moved to New York City to pursue his career in the music industry.

    Kyle is a composer, songwriter, and producer raised between New York and Connecticut. After a fateful introduction to the trombone in elementary band, there was no turning back. Upon her father’s urging, she took up the guitar and started writing songs. She hopped on the YouTube train in her early teen years to cover songs, she picked up the ukulele for a school play, joined a bluegrass band and learned the mandolin, and slowly began to arrange for jazz band. Kyle left the woods of Connecticut, trombone in hand, for the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami to study music composition & audio production. While at Miami, she served as the president of the Society of Composers and would return to her homeland during the summers to work as a licensing intern at Zync Music and a composition intern at Mophonics Music + Sound. Graduating in May 2017, Kyle landed in DC, working as a freelance composer for short films and a number of music catalogues and as a mixing engineer for an after school music program. She released her first EP as a songwriter and producer, Good Mood, in January 2018 and when she’s not at the office, can be found singing her tunes around town.

    Nick grew up in a suburb of D.C., located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. His parents recognized his passion for music at an early age and encouraged him to become a musician. Not surprisingly, music consumed much of his free time. Whether it was playing in the high school jazz band or jamming out with his peers, Nick immersed himself in music. Beyond music, Nick is passionate about manga and film. Nick hopes one day he can pursue passion projects in both of these mediums.

    Recently Nick graduated from the NYU Music Business program. Using this education as his foundation, he hopes to use his creativity and passion to blaze a path in the entertainment industry.
