Girl Code is MTV’s female led comedy series. Flavorlab Producer’s Toolbox provided custom catalogue collaboration for the series. The show serves as a how-to manual on the wonders and woes of womanhood. The series pivots around over the top tips from the shows’ hosts to push the envelope and open the dialogue on taboo subjects. The brand direction called for genres that support the fun, sexy, confident, and comedic aesthetic. The team opted for Dance Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, and EDM to meet that need.
