NBA Cares: “Wear A Mask” PSA
Project
Following a successful collaboration between the NBA and Flavorlab Score & Sound, the league released this public service announcement. The 2020 NBA playoffs are unusual this year, taking place in “the bubble.” The bubble, better known as Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. To drive home that the NBA cares about public health and player safety, players encourage viewers to wear a mask. Skitch TV tasked Producer’s Toolbox with finding an uplifting hip hop track for the spot.
Results
After a round of options, the best pick was composer Brandon Ross’s “It’s A New Days,” a chill, positive hip hop track.
